‘Pokemon Go’ Latest News & Update: Niantic Activating Trading Script Soon?

“Pokemon Go” is expected to offer a new feature that many players will likely be curious to use. This has to do with the alleged trading feature that was spotted from code dumps.

As previously reported here on Game & Guide, trading in “Pokemon Go” is likely one of the big new additions once Niantic decides to activate it. There is already evidence of its integration, thanks to some codes tied up to “Pokemon Go” 0.37.1 APK via Pokemon Go Hub.

The discovery hardly comes as a surprise since it was already mentioned before that trading was in the scripts. So the only thing that really remains is when “Pokemon Go” players are able to see it live on their devices.

What kind of trading to expect?

According to BGR, the usual dynamics to instigating trades on “Pokemon Go” will be pretty much basic. It includes searching for players to make trades with along with the usual commands (i.e. create, cancel and complete).

Pokemon is the only one that can be traded in such a scenario, something which could be a big help to “Pokemon Go” players who are stuffed with pocket monsters. Once active, it could be a sensible way to dispose of excess critters and avoid the trouble of being on the prowl.

Neat as the idea may seem, the only thing that seems to be keeping it from happening is Niantic itself. Though the company has started to infuse new features to the game, it is seen as another measure to drive back the active players for “Pokemon Go”.

Cleaning house is one of the overlooked things on “Pokemon Go” and trading should be an interesting alternative instead of transferring them off to the “Professor”. At least this way, they get something in return (if required).
