UPDATE: the post on the Sony German PlayStation Facebook account has now been removed. LucasArts also told Kotaku that the post was inaccurate.

Star Wars 1313, the upcoming third-person action-adventure video game by LucasArts is releasing later this year for the PlayStation 3.
According to a recent report by JoyStiq, PlayStation Germany posted on its official Facebook page that the highly anticipated Star Wars 1313 is coming to PlayStation 3 this year.
The post links to a gallery of previously released images and reads "Star Wars 1313 erscheint 2013 für PlayStation 3."
If the posting is correct, the news comes as a bit of a surprise, as developer LucasArts has not yet revealed the game's release date or what gaming platforms the game will release on.
The lack of information has led to speculation that Star Wars 1313 will release for the next generation of video game consoles from Sony and Microsoft.
JoyStiq notes that the confirmation of the game coming to PlayStation 3 doesn't exclude it from releasing on the console's potential successor.The confirmation also doesn't exclude the game from releasing on Microsoft's current and future Xbox gaming systems or on any other console including the Nintendo Wii U.
Back in October, Disney's acquisition of LucasFilms and properties left many wondering if Star Wars 1313 was in trouble, but LucasArts assured fans that the game was safe and that it was business as usual for the developer.
The game is named for Level 1313, a ruthless criminal underground deep below the surface of the planet of Coruscant. Players take control of a deadly bounty hunter as he uses an arsenal of exotic weaponry to hunt down his intended target, but he soon uncovers the truth surrounding a criminal conspiracy.
According to developer, "Star Wars 1313 emphasizes epic set pieces and fast-paced combat with a hero who uses human skills and gadgets, rather than supernatural Force powers, to make his way through this dangerous world."
