Two days ago, the first of the two "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" Story DLCs went live on Steam. The System Rift expansion tells the story of Adam Jensen as he reunites with former Sarif compatriot Frank Pritchard.

The storyline begins when Pritchard reveal to Jensen that he needs to break into a databank. Unbeknown to them, the data bank is one of the most secure of its kind, the mankind has ever known. If Jensen agrees to help, the mission could also lead them to discover the Illuminati and its owner.

But like any other expansion, the "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift has also suffered minor bugs. Eidos Montreal anticipated this and has released a patch alongside the game. The System Rift patch is able to fix bugs, add the lens flare option and improve the Tobii Eye Tracking support of the game.

Unfortunately, the DirectX 12 support of the game is currently unavailable. The DX12_preview branch however is available. The "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift trailer was first spotted on The Steam page.

Interestingly, the new "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift DLC is located in Prague. The possible infiltration of the new databank according to reports, could be the start of a whole new city to explore.

The System Rift DLC with all its myriads of missions will entice players, but a carefully planned mission can always bring players to the brink. In "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift, the Palisade Blade is a place to explore, but it's also the dagger that threatens players even before they can enter the target.

"Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" System Rift was out on September 23, 2016. Do you play Deus Ex on your console? What do you think of the System Rift expansion? Find out more about this news by reading here on GameNGuide
