'Doctor Strange' Release Date, Plot, News & Update: Sorcerer Supreme To Return for 'Avengers: Infinity War' Says Benedict Cumberbatch; Other Cameos Possible?

"Doctor Strange" is Marvel's next hit looking over the plethora of superhero movies that the year has already unleashed. While the said sorcerer has the movie slated to launch in two months, another appearance may be in store for Stephen Strange.

Many Marvel fans may know that "Doctor Strange" is one of the core characters of Marvel, with an extensive array of powers that benefits the world as the titular character sees fit. That, itself, may be the reason behind the spill of actor Benedict Cumberbatch when asked about the titular character's future.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the actor's confirmed standalone film has divulged great many details thus far. It is the hype and the anticipation of the Sorcerer Supreme's next adventures prior to "Doctor Strange" that is coming into question, given that the rest of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is yet to unveil the future of their characters-some already are at a certainty.

In an interview, as per Express, Cumberbatch did not hold back and spoke of the potential appearance of his character, after the standalone "Doctor Strange" takes flight, answering that there is a "logistical challenge" in setting schedules alongside Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Paul Bettany and Elizabeth Olsen, implying "Avengers: Infinity War" is the movie he will land on.

Slash Film reported that before this said participation, he might also appear in an unknown manner within "Thor: Ragnarok" alongside Hulk and Thor as well. In the same manner, the "Doctor Strange" movie can also have someone from the already shown cinematic universe appear in the standalone film.

Simply enough, Cumberbatch stated that Doctor Strange's powers will prove most beneficial to trials and he, himself, agrees to the gathering of all the Marvel characters. Post "Doctor Strange," the involvement is meant to unveil the next part of the cinematic universe, as the actor claims.

"Doctor Strange" hits cinemas on November 4th. Keep it locked for more news and update here at Gamenguide.
