"Empire" Season 3 is in full swing. Once again fans will have their fill of the hip hop drama offering from Fox following the life of entertainment mogul Lucious Lyon and his family. Here are some of the select spoilers for the current season.
'Empire' Season 3 Spoilers - Jamal's Relationship Status Gets Complicated
Fans could expect a juicier season for Jamal, played by actor Jussie Smollett. According to "Empire" Season 3 spoilers, Jamal's relationship will soon enter the "It's complicated" territory.
The entry of actor Juan Antonio as Jamal's lover Phillip is set to spice things up a bit, reports TV Line. Executive Producer Ilene Chaiken dished out that Jamal could figure in a love triangle in the later part of "Empire" Season 3.
Chaiken confirms that "Empire" Season 3 will be serving an extra hot Jamal. The producer announced that "There will be plenty of sexy Jamal," adding that the series will not shy away from "any opportunity to be sexy."
But sorry ladies, Jamal will not be crossing over any time soon. While "Empire" Season 3 will see a sexier Jamal, Chaiken clarifies that the character will not be entertaining any members of the fair sex, for this year at least. Wait for next season then?
'Empire' Season 3 Spoilers - Rhoda Dead But Will Still Be A Part Of Season 3
As far as season starters go, the "Empire" Season 3 premiere definitely served it up extra hot. The season went straight to the point and answered fans' questions about who died in season 2's cliffhanger.
The first episode of "Empire" Season 3 saw Rhoda falling off the building, effectively answering questions about who dies this season. However, while Rhoda is already dead in the storyline, fans haven't seen the last of her yet. Rhoda, played by actress Kaitlyn Doubleday, will stick around a little longer, reports Inquisitr. Andre will still be remembering her so it is likely that Rhoda will be featured in flashbacks which is quite common in "Empire."
