’No Man’s Sky’ Release Date, News & Update: ‘Fallout 4’ Game Reviewer Says No! The Universe Isn’t That Big; Game Sinking Deep?

A "No Man's Sky" planet has been previously trekked by YouTuber Conor Kearney, who circled one of the planets in the game taking 11 and a half hours to circle half of the planet.

Kearney has already done this before on other gaming's largest worlds such as "Far Cry 2," "Fallout 4," "The Witcher 3" and "Grand Theft Auto" cities. This time, Kearney packed up his digital bags to walk across a random planet in "No Man's Sky."

The quest began when Kearney was challenged by the words of Hello Games director Sean Murray in an interview with Stephen Colbert on the 'Late Night Show', saying that each of the planets in "No Man's Sky" had the dimensions of the genuine planets. Kearney eventually chose a planet smaller than the Earth and walked an average speed of 3.1mph, not stopping for breaks, it would take almost a day to finish the entire quest.

At average speed, the planet's diameter clocks in at 74 miles while Earth's diameter is 7,917.5 miles and the Earth's moon is 2,169 miles. So, the planet does not actually measure up to the actual planet sized planets but the game has already supplied a lot of gaming area.

"No Man's Sky" mods continue to increase in popularity with more new content. While PC mods are found on dedicated sites and Nexus, Bethesda confirmed that no mod support will be available on PS4 for "Skyrim" and "Fallout 4."

However, despite the stellar features, some gamers are still not satisfied and are rumored to be unhappy with "No Man's Sky," reports PC Gamer. There are still contrasting details that even Hello Games is speculated to feel the tension and hurdles.

Moreover, there are also speculations that the popularity of "No Man's Sky" is slowly dripping into a big sinkhole, according to Venturebeat.  Despite the issues, there are still those that have longed for some fixes on the glitches.

However, Sony has not confirmed the same decision for "No Man's Sky." New PC mods now include Missile Mods that introduce a missile launcher that can yield damage of up to a tenfold, Dark Warp to soothe darkness with gentle sparkling lights and shimmering clouds, more portals and ruins can be found, more color combinations (lush and non-lush) and a more immersive space, that is pitch black but with some nebulae color for planets that surface at night or in the open space.
