There is a way to convert a "Pokemon GO" player's house into a spawn point for Pokemon. A player can make his/her house spawn multiple Pokemon without the need to create multiple accounts. Creating multiple accounts for a single player is against Niantic's fair play policy.
The trick is to use friends' and family's smartphones to create multiple accounts but the GPS location/range has to be the same, writes OtakuArt. Thus, multiple accounts need to be created from the same location for this "Pokemon GO" trick to work.
Cities generally have high spawn rates. However, people not living in cities face problems as only one Pokemon spawns every hour. This trick results in multiple "Pokemon GO" spawns in an hour, sometimes even 2-3 spawns in a hour.
Niantic has reportedly installed a specific feature in the system that allows spawning whenever a "Pokemon GO" account is created and the Geo Location is on. This has probably been done to allow players in rural areas enjoy the game as without this feature, there won't be any spawn due to lack of PokeStops and players in general.
