'Death Stranding' Latest News, Release Date & Update: Mads Mikkelsen to Join Norman Reedus? Gampelay Details, More Information Revealed

Danish actor, Mads Mikkelsen, who is most notably know for his role as Dr. Hannibal, is rumoured to join Norman Reedus in the cast of the upcoming game, "Death Stranding." Back at Tokyo Game Show 2016, Kojima announced that the game would be an open world game together with multiplayer feature. 'Death Stranding' will also be compatible with 4K resolution. In addition to those news, it looks like Kojima also hinted about the main cast of 'Death Stranding'/

According to a report done by International Business Times, during Sony' press conference in TGS, Kojima presentation a cryptic image that potentially reveals who will take part in the "Death Stranding" game's development. The pictures go like this, four individuals using jumping rope together. It's clear that Norman Reedus is among this character position in the middle left side while in the middle right side is Hideo Kojima himself.

The other two individuals' identity has yet been revealed with some speculations stating that Mads Mikkelsen is the one of the far right. Social media post suggest that Mikkelsen may be part of the "Death Stranding" game, but his involvement has yet to be verified.

It was at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, the new game "Death Stranding" was revealed by the man himself, Hideo Kojima. Announced at Sony's conference, the trailer for Kojima's new open world game came with a trailer accompanied by the song titled "I'll Keep Coming" by the Icelandic band Low Roar.

Another delight for those who were disappointed from the cancellation of "P.T., American actor Norman Reedus, who will serve as the basis for the main protagonist in "Death Stranding" just like in the cancelled game. "Death Stranding" is an upcoming open world action video game developed exclusively for the PlayStation 4. A release date is still to be announced, with recent speculations suggesting a late 2017 or early 2018 launch.
