‘Dragonball Xenoverse 2’ Release Date, Latest News & Update: PS4, Xbox One Get First Crack

Bandai Namco is all set to release “Dragonball Xenoverse 2” this month. Before the actual game does become available amongst the PS4, Xbox One and PC, there will be two scheduled open beta testing to lucky game console owners.

There was no error in that last sentence, only game console owners will be able to see what “Dragonball Xenoverse 2” will bring. PS4 owners get first crack from Oct. 8 to 10 while Xbox One players are next from Oct. 14 to 16. There is no word on whether PC gamers will get a chance.

PS4 gamers favored?

With the dates in mention, it should be worth noting that Bandai Namco seems to be giving PS4 game console owners some advantage with word that they can also take part in the “Dragonball Xenoverse 2” beta testing from Oct. 14 to 16, Neurogadget reported.

Bandai Namco has yet to explain why this will be the case. Just the same, slots are likely to be limited so all “Dragonball Xenoverse 2” fans can do is wait for its actual release. The game is set to be rolled out on Oct. 25 with plenty of enhancements and improvements over its predecessor.

What to expect

Among the things to expect for “Dragonball Xenovese 2” include transformations to different races, improved combat action, and a new story mode. During GamesCom 2016, fans were treated to some trailer on the upcoming game.

As mentioned in a previous post, “Dragonball Xenoverse 2” players got a glimpse of co-op play as they saw how to handle the bosses in-game. That included dealing with the “Great Apes”.

Also, the 6 against 1 ‘expert mission’ mode was in display which will require players to use their analytical and tactical approach when it comes to dealing with the main adversaries, GamePress reported.
