‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’ Movie Air Date, Latest News & Update: Fright Dome Keeps FNAF Fans Occupied For Now

The “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie is something that many are eagerly interested in though its premiere is likely years away. The FNAF movie was earlier feared to be getting the axe but those murmurs were quickly scoffed by director Gil Kenan.

The “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie adaptation was covered here on Game & Guide back in July with the holdup linked to the script development phase. The speculated target release date of the FNAF movie is June 2018, something that is pretty far off.

Aside from Kenan, other names reportedly involved in the “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie creation are producers Roy Lee, David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame. It will take place at the “Freddy Fazbear Pizza” that will feature an animatronic band performing kiddie songs during the day and goes on a killing spree when darkness falls.

Will it be similar to the game?

The immediate understanding for the film version of “Five Nights at Freddy’s” is that it will practically adopt the same storyline used in the games made popular by Scott Cawthon. Hence, it is all about surviving in the pizza place against the evil animatronics.

Alternatives for the long wait

Seeing that “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie may be far away along with anxiety on the side, Fright Dome may offer something close to the film plans. Making it more interesting is that Fright Dome got some help from the creator of FNAF, highlighted by the Freddy Fazbear’s brutal pizza store, according to reports.

Fright Dome does sound like a neat alternative and in time for the season of the spooks. With the “Five Nights at Freddy’s” movie not happening anytime soon, this does loom like the best alternative for now though it is situated in Las Vegas.
