If someone is looking for #BodyGoals, Melissa McCarthy was not part of the list before. But now Melissa McCarthy weight loss has been a huge inspiration for people struggling with weight. The 46-year-old actress, writer, and fashion designer has already dropped over 75 lbs. but she's not done yet. Melissa McCarthy is determined to lose more and here's how she's doing it.

According to Foods 4 Better Health, Melissa McCarthy starts her day with four scrambled egg whites and grilled chicken. Melissa McCarthy then consumes a cup of veggies and drinks a spinach, apple, chia seeds and kale smoothie. Melissa McCarthy eats a healthy snack around 11 a.m. which consists of wild cod and steamed broccoli. Melissa McCarthy will then have grilled chicken breast, a blend of quinoa, carrots, celery, and red peppers for lunch.

For dinner, Melissa McCarthy will have steamed veggies, grass-fed beed and a half avocado. And for her fifth and final meal of the day, Melissa McCarthy may or may not eat some raw almonds and ground turkey in case she gets a little hungry. The site noted that Melissa McCarthy drinks a cup of green tea during her snack and lunch time. Melissa McCarthy weight loss is a result of eating healthy and doing a high intensity interval training that helps her sweat out all the excess fat. 

There will be days that Melissa McCarthy will do 30 minutes of martial arts, 10 minutes on the rowing machine, wall sits, jumping jacks, body weight squats, reverse crunches, and lower back extensions. In order for her to not get bored in doing same exact routine all the time, in some days she will do 10 minutes burpees and skipped ropes. Melissa McCarthy weight loss definitely surprised everyone and she did it to be a healthier version of herself.
