While there are more crucial elements to discuss about what to expect for "Final Fantasy XV" until the game gets released such as plotlines and gameplay, the confirmation of the appearance of Moogles might carry with it some mild spoilers. Just recently, fans of the franchise united to rally for the inclusion of these cat-liked winged creatures that have been loved by generations of fans and that the game director found the clamor too strong and yielded to the demand.
GameRant reports that fans of the series who are looking forward to "Final Fantasy XV" can now be at peace knowing that one of their favorite icons in the franchise would be reappearing in the next installment. Recently, an official countdown was launched by Square Enix for the release of "Final Fantasy XV," which teased that players will know soon how Moogles will appear in the game. A little later, Square Enix finally made an official announcement that the Moogle will serve as a lucky item and will appear as a stuffed toy in the upcoming game.
While a lot of fans are delighted that Moogles have been confirmed to appear in the next game, others do not appear as excited since they expected the species to have a role larger than a glorified stuffed creature. Square Enix, however, responded to this common concern and said that the doll will play a much larger role than just sit around and look cute; they however did not reveal too much. All that was said is that these Moogle dolls will act as lucky charms to make a player avoid all kinds of troubles and that Moogles might be able to help out Noctis and his friends when in trouble.
GameSpot adds that a reward program that is Moogle-themed has been announced and that a new Moogle will appear for every new follower of the official Twitter accounts of Final Fantasy XV. When the number of followers for these official Twitter accounts will reach a certain quota, users will receive a Moogle reward from the developers.
