Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar Games have been suspiciously mum about the release of "Red Dead Redemption 2." This can't stop its huge followers, however, from speculating details of the highly-anticipated sequel. CEO of Rockstar Games recently released a statement that fans can take console from. He asked for more patience from fans as new and exciting features await them. 

'Red Dead Redemption 2' To Be Released Soon?

After six years, game publisher Rockstar Games made noise about releasing "Red Dead Redemption 2." According to reports, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick assured fans that the title is a permanent franchise and that it will be released very soon. Fans just need to have a little patience as they design new and exciting features for the second installment, according to an anonymous insider of Fraghero. In fact, there are suggestions that the "Red Dead Redemption 2" may be released in early 2017, just in time to support new generation consoles.

For so long, fans have been waiting patiently for "Red Dead Redemption 2" and have been speculating details about it. In fact, Rockstar Games hasn't officially made announcements about the open world action-adventure. Many fans were disappointed that game developer and distributor haven't revealed the release date or gameplay of "Red Dead Redemption 2" during this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). However, with Strauss Zelnick's recent statement about the title, fans can't help but anticipate its release.

Game Maps Revealed: Kahuta & Roanoke Valley

Aside from the release date, in-game maps of "Red Dead Redemption 2" were allegedly leaked online. An insider from NeoGaf reportedly leaked an image that contains the latest art direction map. Online publications believe that the maps are legit. The leaked maps show Kahuta and Roanoke Valley. Aside from these, there are landmarks and areas that should be noted like the Old Fort Walls and Larned Sod.

Given these territories, it is speculated that "Red Dead Redemption 2" may follow an Indian war story. There are also speculations of a multi-player mode.
