Fans are still waiting for some new updates about the much-awaited "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 since it all left them with a major cliffhanger. It has been known that Tommy Shelby's (Cillian Murphy) family was arrested and everyone eyed the protagonist as the traitor.

Is Tommy Shelby Wishing For His Death?

Cillian Murphy teased before that everything is about to change in the coming "Peaky Blinders" Season 4. The 40-year-old star even hinted that his character as Tommy Shelby has a terrifying trait and that is he is fearless of death. "Godless. Unafraid to die. Deep down, maybe wishing to die. Which makes him terrifying," he told The Guardian. Is this a hint that Tommy Shelby is going to meet his demise in "Peaky Blinders" Season 4.

The actor even added that playing as Tommy Shelby is a very exhausting act. "I think it's because he's so relentless. And he never seems to sleep. There's never a point where he says, 'F*** it' and gives up," Cillian Murphy further said. As he considered playing the role of the gangster a "gift," he admitted that it often makes him "wear down" and "drained."

Will There Be A Michael-Tommy Faceoff In 'Peaky Blinders' Season 4?

Meanwhile, Cheat Sheet reported that Michael Gray (Finn Cole) might have the courage to face Tommy Shelby and take his place as the leader of the Birmingham criminal gang in "Peaky Blinders" Season 4. Michael's life in "Peaky Blinders" has been a very colorful journey.

From being an accountant, he becomes a gangster who has killed two people and feels like he can continue doing it. Hence, there is a big possibility that fans might witness a Michael-and-Tommy faceoff. BBC has yet to announce the return of "Peaky Blinders" Season 4, but it is expected to be out in 2017.
