Later, the next sequence focuses on the recurring Governor Hildur Odegard (Sofie Gråbøl), who also has a distressed look when she is examining the "snow-capped Fortitude" with torchlight, Daily Express noted. The governor's reaction simply hinted that there is something strange happening in "Fortitude" Season 2. The teaser then goes to give an intense and quick mosaic of the danger of the new killer that is waiting to bring a lot of chaos.
Fans will also meet the newcomer Parminder Nagra with an unrevealed role yet that works in a laboratory. The clip ended with a chilling unseen figure that warned by a girl with "you need to be ready."
