The confirmation of the cancellation of "Limitless" is not making fans back down in hoping for a "Limitless" Season 2. Fans have been desperate for a long time wishing for the show to be picked up after it was dropped by CBS. But it seems like all their hopes for "Limitless" Season 2 were falling on deaf ears. 'Limitless' Season 2: Will show be picked up if a huge star be added to the cast?
FX News Call reports that Lady Gaga is rumored to join the "Limitless" Season 2 cast to for a sure hit. "Limitless" Season 2 executive producer, who was the main cast of the film of the same name, Bradley Cooper, and Lady Gaga are working on a movie right now. With their new working relationship, rumors emerged that Bradley Cooper may be negotiating with Lady Gaga to be a part of "Limitless" Season 2.

One fan previously noted in one of GamenGuide's "Limitless" Season 2 articles that the main focus of the show is the mysterious drug, NZT, which makes the plot not only limited to the story of Brian Finch (Jake McDorman). "The advantage of 'Limitless' as a concept, however, is that the real star of the show isn't Brian or even Eddie; it's NZT," the fan wrote. "It's a story that can be picked up any time, anywhere, and can turn a down-and-out into a brilliant and lovable [protagonist]." If "Limitless" Season 2 will in fact add Lady Gaga to the mix, it will be interesting to know if what character will she be portraying.

Many are disappointed at CBS for not renewing "Limitless," but they are as equaully mad at Netflix for not picking "Limitless" Season 2 up. Their anger started when Netflix streamed "Limitless" Season 1 to their service, giving fans hope that "Limitless" Season 2 will finally have a new home.
