‘Pokemon GO’ Latest News & Update: Legendary Pokemon Mew, MewTwo, Zapdos, Moltres to Spawn in Sponsored Locations; Niantic in Talks with Businesses?

According to reports, the legendary Pokemon in "Pokemon GO" will spawn only in sponsored locations. Niantic is bringing the legendary Pokemon to the game and it is reportedly in talks with businesses who might be interested in setting up PokeStops and Gyms at their business locations.

As per a French report, Niantic is asking for €3,000 (US$3,300) from businesses interested in these "Pokemon GO" virtual stops. The idea behind Niantic going in talks with businesses is to not only to earn money but also give these businesses a chance to attract more customers.

For example, if a hotel decides to pay Niantic the money to host a legendary Pokemon, more and more people may choose to visit its premises to catch legendary Pokemon while playing "Pokemon GO." As per details, Pokemon such as Elector, Articuno, Moltres, Mew and Mewtwo will spawn in these locations.

Niantic has reportedly confirmed that Ditto could be unlocked via an Easter egg. The launch may take place on Nov. 30 although Niantic has not confirmed any of these yet. If everything goes according to plan, the legendary Pokemon will be made available next month to all "Pokemon GO" players.

Speaking of Pokemon Gyms, Niantic may also introduce PvP battles among "Pokemon GO" gamers next month. This was hinted by Niantic earlier. The company has also reportedly started making marketing strategies and plans for the franchise model.

As already pointed out, business owners are seeing profits in this proposition by Niantic via the "Pokemon GO" game. Those going into a contract with Niantic will get PokeGyms and PokeStops with three rare Pokemon. Businesses will probably have to choose the rates for the spawns. Business logos may also be integrated.

Unfortunately, Niantic has not shared any of its plans officially and hence these "Pokemon GO" rumors should be taken with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned on GameNGuide for more updates on Niantic's "Pokemon GO" legendary Pokemon franchise proposal.
