Netflix has plenty of great shows in store for the next year, most of which would be new Marvel projects. Unfortunately, the streaming giant doesn't seem to have any plans to release "Jessica Jones" Season 2 or "Daredevil" Season 3 in 2017. 'Jessica Jones' Season 2 Confirmed For 2018, To Premiere Ahead Of 'Daredevil' Season 3?
GamenGuide has previously reported about "Marvel's Iron Fist" finally getting an air date on March 17, 2017, presumably to set the pace for things to come for the rest of the year. After all, Jon Bernthal's "The Punisher" has already began production and "The Defenders" is expected to end the year with a bang.
But does this really mean that "Jessica Jones" Season 2 and "Daredevil" Season 3 will only be released in 2018? Is it possible that Netflix will air FOUR Marvel shows next year?
Netflix has only released two Marvel shows each year since "Daredevil" was followed by "Jessica Jones" last year. However, things could change by 2017 as more shows are set to be introduced in preparation for "The Defenders".
There are speculations that "Iron Fist", "The Punisher" and "The Defenders" will all premiere next year but "Jessica Jones" Season 2 could be Marvel's last show for 2017. "Daredevil" Season 3 and "Luke Cage" Season 2 could then premiere in 2018.

It is best to remember that Netflix has only confirmed the renewal for "Jessica Jones" and "Daredevil" but hasn't actually announced an air date just yet.
