A "Pokemon Sun and Moon" demo video is necessary, but a leaked data mining that lead to the exposure of some of the most significant Pokemons was unnecessary. The result of the demo, though interesting because of the inappropriate exposure of the Pokedex lineup, has also caused concern on the internet.
In a detailed review of a three video demo of the "Pokemon Sun and Moon," the severity of the leaked datamine include the exposure of new Pokemons, Mega Evolutions and Tons of Sprites. Interestingly, some shiny monsters included in the Pokedex were also exposed, along with their powers and corresponding capabilities.
IGN breaks down the leaked "Pokemon Sun and Moon" special demo datamine and they include a previous leaked sketches of Rowlet, Litten and Popplio. Their sketches, as revealed on the datamine, will be the exact appearance of the three characters evolutions. Additionally, Ash-Greninja and Ash-Pikachu with their respective sprites will also be included in the game.
Unfortunately for the upcoming "Pokemon Sun and Moon" game, all of its best kept secret Alolan Forms are now exposed. Apparently, their forms are all hailed from the original and first generation Pokemons. Prior to the leaked forms, the only confirmed Pokemons with Alolan forms include Exeggutor, Raichu, Grimer, Meowth and Muk. Now, it looks like more characters with Alolan forms were exposed.
Pre evolutions and Ultra beasts were also revealed on the recent leaked "Pokemon Sun and Moon" data mining. The result of special demo data mining has also caused several memes online and if you want to see them, Kotaku might just have the complete list funny images.
