Captain Cold Returns For 'Injustice 2'

NetherRealm Studios' creative director Ed Boon is busy creating polls for "Injustice 2," which brought many of the theories and speculations making rounds on the Internet. On his official Twitter account, Boon created a poll asking fans what they mostly want to see in "Injustice 2" with Blue Beetle, Captain Cold and Swamp Things as options. Results show that Captain Cold got the lowest score with 26 percent while Blue Beetle ranked first with 39 percent.

However, ESL Mortal Kombat official Twitter account made a follow-up post, promoting "Injustice 2" at the finals of MKX Pro League Season 3. The giveaway shirts show the weapon of Captain Cold, which suggests his inclusion in the game.

GameNGuide previously suggested that "Injustice 2" will be released on March 2017 on different platforms including PC. During the San Diego Comic-Con, Boon himself already confirmed that a PC version is already in the works.
