Excitement for the New Macbook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac Building Up

Anticipation from loyal Apple users is building up, especially for the features and release date of the Macbook Air 2017.

In a report from MacRumors, Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst from KGI Securities, shared his views on the possible features and vital details of MacBook products, which will be unveiled in the upcoming Apple Event slated Thursday, October 27.

According to Kuo, MacBook Air would probably get a major refurbishment in the upcoming hardware update. The major improvement on the MacBook Air would be on the USB-C ports, which according to some critics is a long overdue.

Initial reports have it that iMac, the desktop version of Apple computers, will also be seeing a significant facelift in the upcoming release. One of the probable improvements on the iMac is the new and improved graphics, which will run with discreet AMD graphics options.

"We also expect Apple to launch new iMacs (21.5-inch and 27-inch) and Cinema Display (27-inch) in mid- 1H17. We cannot say for certain whether Apple will announce the new iMacs and Cinema Display on October 27 as the shipping schedule is not imminent," Kuo was quoted as saying by the MacRumors.

Kuo, however, said that the new iMac would be more likely released in the first half of 2017. Although there's also a chance, Kuo added, that Apple would also announce it in this week's event.

Meanwhile, Mac users from the United Kingdom are also expecting the same release date for all the lineup of MacBook, including the iMac. Reports also have it that there's a high possibility that the MacBook 2017 will feature ARM processors, the MacWorld UK reported.

According to the report, if there will be no new MacBook lineup that will be released this October 27, Apple loyalists should expect another release date in March 2017.
