It's official: Lando Calrissian is joining the highly anticipated "Star Wars" spinoff film that will chronicle Han Solo's origin story. In more awesome news, he will be played by "Atlanta" star Donald Glover. But perhaps the best thing about Lando's return has more to do with what fans can expect when two smugglers meet and possibly play a game of sabacc. Will the world finally see Lando's bromance with Han before he lost the Millennium Falcon?

It's hard to imagine anybody else but Billy Dee Williams playing the administrator of Cloud City, but it looks like Christopher Miller and Phil Lord found the perfect young Lando Calrissian. According to StarWars.com, the two directors were elated to have Donald Glover in the upcoming Han Solo film and somehow confirmed that the former "Community" actor will wear Lando's iconic cape.
"These are big shoes to fill, and an even bigger cape, and this one fits him perfectly, which will save us money on alterations," Miller and Lord said in a statement. In addition to that, the "Star Wars" directors apologized to Donald Glover "for ruining Comic-Con for him forever." So now that Lando Calrissian and Han Solo are set to meet, who's up for a game of sabacc?

It looks like fans will finally find out how to play the card game that helped Han Solo win the Millennium Falcon from Lando Calrissian. However, there are also speculations that the "Star Wars" spinoff film will show more of Han's bromance with Lando before the stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder took the Falcon. The film also stars Alden Ehrenreich and is expected to premiere in May 2018.
