‘Crysis 3’: Patch 1.3 Now Available With Improvements

“Crysis 3” is one of the biggest releases of 2013 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. However, the developers are aware of the ongoing problems with all the versions of the game and are trying to act accordingly.

Recently Crytek put out a brand new update for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of “Crysis 3” that looks to get rid of a lot of in-game issues, while also adding a few new features to improve the overall gameplay experience.

For now only the PC version of the patch is live. The Xbox 360 and PS3 version of the game have yet to get these updates.

The new patch fixes crashes (or freezes) in the game after the boss fight. However, some save games still might not be functioning properly and a level restart might be needed.

There is also a fix to the extended magazine attachment of the SCAR so that the player doesn’t lose 10 clips anymore after dying. Moreover, the ‘Scout’ perk now saves progress correctly.

On the PC side, the patch makes improvements to a SLI performance issues. There is also the ability to customize ADS sensitivity through console commands, alongside fixes for weapon customization when the feature is bound to a non-default key.

As soon as the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the patch go live Dog tags will now unlock properly with a fix to the aim assist that was not working correctly in some areas of the maps, and more.
