‘Destiny’ Festival Of The Lost News & Updates: Newly Decorated The Reef & Iron Temple; New Emotes, Emblem & Ornaments

Activision and Bungie provided more details about "Destiny" Festival of the Lost. The upcoming limited time event launched on Oct. 25, 2016 at 2 a.m. PT to celebrate Halloween, and will continue up to November 8.

According to Bungie, The Reef, Iron Temple and Tower in "Destiny" Festival of the Lost will be transformed for the Halloween celebrations. Throughout the "Destiny" Festival of the Lost, all Crucible matches will be played at night.

"Destiny: Festival of the Lost" Offers Gifts Of The Lost Treats, New Quests

Fans should find several treats like new Gifts of the Lost, quests themed after the event, new exotic weapon ornaments, new emotes, shaders, emblems and more. "Destiny" Festival of the Lost will bring back trick-or-treating, and Tyra Karn will have a favor to ask players at the Iron Temple.

"Destiny" Festival of the Lost will feature new masks. Players can collect old and new masks by completing quests and opening Treasures of the Lost. They can be Prince, Iron Lord, Wolf or Ghost in the upcoming event. Furthermore, discarded Holiday items, including masks, may be reclaimed from the new Holiday Kiosk near Eva Levante in Tower North.

"Destiny: Festival of the Lost" Features Exotic Weapons, More Halloween Goodies

Players can also try Consumables to take on the form of a Jackolyte or Engram. Five exotic weapons can take on a brand new look with new ornaments, and special "Destiny" Festival of the Lost shells will add to the Halloween fun. There is also an all-new emblem called The Resurrectionist.

Express wrote that "Destiny" Festival of the Lost will feature a spookier Trials of Osiris. Players can acquire a unique vanity item through Trials of Osiris, Crucible Matches and Strike Hoards. Festive music has also been added in social places.

In the Eververse store, the Bad Juju ornaments will be added to Radiant Treasures when "Destiny" Festival of the Lost is over. The two limited emotes are Terrify and Howl.

Eva Levante will temporarily stop selling emblems during the event to have players acquire special Festival-themed items. Her normal emblem inventory will return after the "Destiny" Festival of the Lost.

Bungie also teased that there will be more new content after "Destiny" Festival of the Lost. There will be new ornaments for Red Death and Thorn, as well as new skins for Black Spindle and The Last Word.
