Adam Orth No Longer With Microsoft [RUMOR]

Microsoft's Creative Director (or perhaps former Creative Director) Adam Orth is no longer with the company, says Game Informer.

"Our sources, who wish to remain anonymous, suggest that Orth resigned in the wake of last week's events. We haven't been able to confirm whether this was a voluntary or forced resignation," reports the site.

Microsoft hasn't commented on whether or not Orth is still eployed with them, but if this turns out to be true, it's not a big surprise. Orth found himself in a bit of hot water last week after coming across as a bit pompous regarding the "always online" rumors about Microsoft's next console. He even found himself the subject of a new meme for his comments, and blocked non-followers from his Twitter account.

Microsoft eventually responded to the whole ordeal, saying only, "We are aware of the comments made by an employee on Twitter. This person is not a spokesperson for Microsoft, and his personal views are not reflective of those of the company. We have not made any announcements about our product roadmap, and have no further comment on this matter."

We'll let you know if this turns out to be true or not.
