Fans of "Half-Life 3" are fishing out more details regarding the highly-anticipated game, avidly waiting for its release. Rounding up the Internet are discussions of its possible release date, which would be in 2018. More interestingly, the game will reportedly include Quest Citizen, Spy Grenade, Zipline and AI override.
'Half-Life 3' VR Support In 2018?
The main reason "Half-Life 3" is speculated to be released in 2018 is the fact that the first installment was released 10 years ago. After nearly a decade, Valve remains mum about any developments on the game as GameNGuide previously reported. While speculations are plenty, the game developer never released an official update about the third installment.

However, there are reports claiming that leaks decoded by some detectives suggest that Valve is currently working on "Half-Life 3." Avid fans of the game are always on the lookout for hints about the development of the third installment.
After scouring for codes, they found a recent update of the "DotA 2," which contains a cryptic code: "HLVR." Fans were quick to interpret the code to mean "Half-Life Virtual Reality" and this could hold some truth.
Turning "Half-Life 3" into a virtual experience will be worth the wait, given the recent collaboration of Valve and HTC. As previously mentioned Valve hasn't confirmed any of the speculations and still remain as such.
