"Adventure Time" is one sordid reason why adults tune in to Cartoon Network - and they are not embarrassed to admit it either. The wildly imaginative visuals and uncanny storyline are loved by both kids and adults all over the globe, which is the reason why fans are somewhat disappointed with the TBA status of the "Adventure Time Reboot" air date.
Fans of the infamous animated series were sent in a frenzy when Cartoon Network announced its renewal at Comic-Con in July. Along with "Adventure Time," "Steven Universe," "Uncle Grandpa," "Regular Show" and "Clarence" also received a go signal from the cable network. However, the air date for both "Adventure Time Preboot" and "Adventure Time Reboot" episodes is causing quite a commotion. A rumor circulating the internet as of the moment is that the finale episodes are both 30 minutes long.
July marks the last time where "Adventure Time" was seen on TV. Veering away from their usual date of releases, the finale episode "Adventure Time Reboot," purportedly, will air come November 26. To recall, "Daddy-Daughter Card Wars" was aired July 7th of this year and some fans aren't at all happy with the inconsistency of air dates.
The seventh season debuted November of last year with the episode "Bonnie & Neddy." Nielsen reported a decrease in ratings compared the previous season finale but the numbers quickly got back up when the miniseries "Stakes" was aired. What holds for "Adventure Time Reboot" is still questionable. With Tom Herpich & Steve Wolfhard on board however, the upcoming season finale seems something that's worth the wait. Fandoms are also hyped with the finale's sneak peak and are already hollering for a Season 8.
