'Steins;Gate 0' Release Date, News and Updates: Japanese Video Game Coming to North America this November

Visual novel video game "Steins;Gate 0" is coming to North America by the end of November. It will reportedly be available for PS4 and Vita users.

November release dates

PlayStation confirmed that the game will be available on the two consoles beginning November 29. It was earlier announced that "Steins;Gate 0" will be available on November 25 in Australia and the whole of Europe. The North American release of the game, on the other hand, will be on November 29.

Also, the "Amadeus Edition," a collector's edition of the game, will also be sold by Rice Digital. The popular Science Adventure series explores on the world of scientist Okabe Rintaro who was unable to save his love Kurisu. The former had to bear the consequences for choosing the sacrifice.

New storyline

The game is also believed to arrive with a new story where Okabe will also give up on time travel, his research and his friends. His actions pose serious dangers to the world.

Aside from the usual characters found on the game, there are also expected additions to "Steins;Gate 0" like Suzuha, Farris, Mayuri, Daru, Moeka and Luka. These characters will help each other in bringing back Okabe to his usual self and end his depression.

The upcoming game is said to be more enjoyable than the original offering. It will offer answers to the biggest questions and mysteries in the game that players have long searched for.

Price details and where to buy

Released in 2009, "Steins;Gate 0" was initially made available in Japan before it became accessible for players around the world via Steam. It is offered online for $39.99 for the PlayStation Vita and PS4.
