The trailer for The Wolverine, which was recently shown at Cinema Con in Las Vegas, the convention for movie theater owners, is now out in the wild.
In it, Hugh Jackman battles Japanese gangsters and ninjas and makes kissey faces with who we're guessing is Mystique, the shape shifting femme fatale. Things also explode.
James Mangold, who directed Tom Cruise in Knight and Day, is on board for the sixth X-Men movie. At the end of the trailer Hugh Jackman gets a cut that heals in seconds, just like it has in several other X-Men movies. So get excited for that.
The Wolverine releases July 26 in North America. Check out the trailer below.
