‘Pokemon GO’ Latest News & Updates: Gen 2 Pokemon Now Available? Names Discovered in 0.45.0 Metadata Dump! Ditto, MewTwo, Articuno, Moltres, More!

Niantic recently updated "Pokemon GO" with its version 0.45.0. The update brings new daily quests for all the players and it gives them bonus rewards. The update also includes some minor gym tweaks. But, several players noticed that Niantic might have added new Pokemon in "Pokemon GO" along with the update.

According to a report from The Silph Road, a group of players take a look at the new 0.45.0 version APK code. The players discovered the codes MOVE_TRANSFORM and GAME_MASTER. This hinted the players that there is a new move added to the game called "Transform." It is either a charge move or a special move of a Pokemon in "Pokemon GO."

There might also be 100 Pokemons that would be added according to "Pokemon GO" code. The code says Pokedex #152 (Chikorita) to #251 Celebi. Although the move-sets of 100 Pokemons did not appear, there might be a server-side update that may be needed for the Pokemon to begin appearing in "Pokemon GO."
