“Fallout 4” players may have been disappointed with Bethesda opting to pass on requests for a frame rate patch but it looks like the game developer has more than made up for it. The "Fallout 4" Patch 1.8 for PC users have started to rollout while PS4 gamers may be getting mods soon.
The issue on PS4 mods has been a popular topic these days for Bethesda’s IPs and now it looks like something has finally started to develop. All this was announced via Twitter, revealing how the "Fallout 4" PS4 Mod Support would be released this November.

This should get a lot of PS4 users keeping tabs on that though there may be something else they should keep an eye out for. With “Fallout 4” patch 1.8 rolling out for PC users, game consoles are likely to get theirs soon too.
“Fallout 4” patch 1.8 comes with lots of fixes addressing game performance. That includes sound effects, occasional crashes, and images that turn buggy when players scroll through quickly. Hopefully, the update will be enough to appease gamers who have come across the issues, GameSpot reported.
But the big news here is the PS4 mods. Xbox One and PC players have enjoyed the mods for quite some time now and it was only recently when Bethesda and Sony finally worked something out for the PS4 game consoles.
“Fallout 4” and “Skyrim Special Edition” will be the games getting game mods though there are limitations that players have to take note of. This includes being restricted to the assets defined for the games meaning the mods may not be as plenty like the PC and Xbox versions.
As mentioned in a previous post, the patch 1.8 rollout for “Fallout 4” may likely dictate when the mods for the PS4 may come out. There were a lot of flaws tied up to the game so the update could clean up those problems before players can see how the mod support can be used efficiently.
