'Mass Effect: Andromeda' Release Date, News & Update: Bioware Reveals Companion Characters; Character Traits, Character Design & More!

Following the cinematic trailer that was revealed in the N7 Event on November 7, Bioware has once again revealed more information regarding "Mass Effect: Andromeda." Bioware revealed more information about the companions, gameplays and characters for "Mass Effect: Andromeda."

Features Revealed For 'Mass Effect: Andromeda'

GameRant was able to get information regarding "Mass Effect: Andromeda" having two featured companions in the space exploration game. The companions were featured in a "Mass Effect: Andromeda" cinematic trailer and fans were curious about the characters.

Joining the protagonist, Ryder and his sister in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is the ex-cop Liam, who is brought to act as security for the companions. Bioware describes Liam as a youthful, enthusiastic and idealistic character with a tendency to be frustrated when things don't go his way.

Another featured character to be joining the companions in "Mass Effect:Andromeda" is the Asari named PeeBee. Mac Walters describes PeeBee as some who has a sense for adventure and has an out-going personality. PeeBee can join the companions after a special mission is found and played in "Mass Effect: Andromeda."

Bioware tends to create new characters for "Mass Effect: Andromeda" to be new and fresh even with a few similarities to its game predecessor. However, Bioware ensures to make an effort to create a companion in a different mold and style for "Mass Effect: Andromeda."

'Mass Effect: Andromeda' Character Build Up

The publication also reports that the class system from previous games will not be featured in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" and instead, is replaced by skill tree that allows players to acquire multiple skills through the progression of the game. "Mass Effect: Andromeda also offers a wide array of customization to the player's characters and the protagonist's sister in creating an avatar in the game.
