Despite the rumors coming about, there are no indicators supporting the rumors as true and reliable.
As for the claims that Hideo Kojima is shifting his attention to "Fallout 4" creator and developer namely Bethesda, that claim has already been debunked. Given the circumstance, it is a not a first for Hideo to be dragged in controversies.
