Coldplay will hold concerts in Asia early next year

The English alternative rock band, Coldplay, is set to conquer the stage of Asia on April next year as part of their recent album tour, A Head Full of Dreams. The band will visit five countries in Asia, including, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan.

As North American and European tours have already been confirmed, it was then announced in their social media website through a video teaser on Facebook that the acclaimed British Boy band will give a shot to perform in front of millions of Asian fans!

The Asian leg tour will begin on the 1st of April next year at the National Stadium Singapore and is expected to end on the 19th of April 2017 at the Tokyo Dome in Japan.

The following are the released dates of Asian Tour:

  • April 1, 2017- SINGAPORE. National Stadium Singapore.
  • April 4, 2017- PHILIPPINES. Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.
  • April 12, 2017- TAIWAN. HSR Taoyuan Station Plaza, Taipei.
  • April 15, 2017- SOUTH KOREA. Olympic Stadium Seoul.
  • April 19, 2017- JAPAN. Tokyo Dome.

The concert tickets for the Singapore and Japan tour will be out on November 21 while the tickets for Manila, Taipei and Seoul concert tour will go on sale starting on November 24.

A Head Full of Dreams, is the seventh album of the band, and it has sold for more than five million copies since its release on December last year. The band's hit singles Hymn for the Weekend, Adventure of a Lifetime and Up and Up gathered a billion views on Youtube.

A Head Full of Dreams Tour is the seventh concert tour of Coldplay, it was named after their seventh studio album with the same title. The tour started last March 31 this year and is expected to end on October 8 by next year. The band is set to visit three continents across the globe.
