Battlefield 4 Multiplayer May Feature Female Soldiers [LEAK]

According to a leaked promotional poster, the upcoming first person shooter Battlefield 4 will offer a number of customization possibilities including gender. Yes, that makes news especially after the game's creator Dice had previously ruled out being able to play as a female soldier.

The new findings comes from the folks at PSX Sense who unearthed a leaked promotional poster for the game which states that you will be able to "customize your soldier to be unique on the battlefield choosing among a large number of options, including gender and facial features," (via Gaming Bolt).

The leaked poster also offers the following. "Fight your way up to commander with real time awards and unlocks including artillery support, scans, and mobile spawn points. Experience the brutality of war with five new classes and the new injuries and suppression system. An unmatched level of visual and audio fidelity, superior character animations, and dynamic environments."

However, this should be taken with a rather hefty pinch of salt as no official confirmation has come so far from the publisher EA or developer Dice and that Dice had categorically rejected the possibility of female soldiers in the multiplayer.

The leak comes just two days after EA announced that Battlefield 4 will release on October 29 for PC, and current generation and next generation platforms from Sony and Microsoft.
