What to watch this weekend on TV: Games of Thrones, The Killing and The Venture Brothers

This weekend looks to be a busy one for avid TV watchers. Over the next two days television sets will be bombarded with two major season premieres and a season finale. That is on top of already must see TV such as Game of Thrones. Couch potatoes looking for something to watch this weekend will have a variety of shows to choose from this week. Here are some of the highlights of this weekends TV listings.

Orphan Black (BBC America)
Saturday 9PM PST

This week's Orphan Black marks the season finale of the Canadian export's freshman season. 'Endless Forms Most Beautiful' sees Sarah and her clones looking for somebody to trust. Running out of allies the Orphans must now chose whether or not to ally with their creators.

Celebrity Ghost Stories (Biography)
Saturday 9PM PST

Celebrity Ghost Stories is back. Biography's drastic departure from actual biographies sees Z-list celebrities talk about the time they might have seen a ghost. This season's premiere calls on George Wendt (Cheers), Wayne Newton (Las Vegas Vacation) and Ace Frehley (KISS) to talk about their paranormal activity. Special shout out to Newton who relives the time he met the ghost Elvis Presley.

The Killing (AMC)
Sunday 8PM PST

AMC cancelled The Killing last year. However, executives had a change of heart after show producers began shopping the show around. The show was eventually revived after AMC and Netflix agreed to split production costs on season three. European watchers will be to check out the show on Netflix. While the shows fans in the states will get to check out season three's premiere on AMC this Sunday.

Season three opens up with detectives Holder and Linden teaming back up to solve a gruesome case involving the murder of Seattle runaways. This season also sees Peter Sarsgaard (The Green Lantern) join the cast as a death row inmate named Tom Seward.

Game of Thrones (HBO)
Sunday 9PM PST
The penultimate episode of the fantasy epic sees Game of Thrones nearly at its end. 'The Rains of Castamere' will see Robb visit the House of Frey to prepare for the wedding of Edmure and Roslin. In other parts of the realm, Jon Snow's loyalty gets tested by the wildings and Daenerys readies for her invasion of Yunkai.

The Venture Bros (Cartoon Network)
Sunday 12AM PST
The Venture Bros returns for its season five premiere. The Adult Swim original opens up the season with 'What Color Is Your Cleansuit?' The hour-long premiere will see Venture Industries land a new space station contract. However, the contract's air-tight deadlines see everybody a bit on edge.
