If there is anyone who can come out with a credible iOS 10 jailbreak for the public, only two names come to mind – Pangu and TaiG. Of the two, the former is the best bet seeing that they are the ones aggressively tackling the demands of the Apple jailbreaking community.
As mentioned in a previous post, Pangu is rumored to already have a working iOS 10 jailbreak and that they are waiting for the opportune time to release it. The belief is that Pangu wants to see Apple release iOS 10.2 first before rolling out the alleged iOS 10 jailbreak.
If the progress of iOS 10.2 is any indication, that could come soon. The next Apple mobile operating update is reportedly in the third beta so it may only be a matter of time before the final version is released.
So does it follow that Pangu will finally unveil the iOS 10 jailbreak? If so, Pangu finally gets the monkey of its back comes out with an iOS crack. It also shames Apple considering the Cupertino company has boasted of an iOS 10 that is unbreakable, Neurogadget reported.
The claim could hold true although it does shroud the bug-free nature seeing iOS 10 has been plagued with security problems even with the patches they release. The latest has to do with Siri on locked screens where attackers could get a free pass and do their mischief as reported in another previous post.
Even before that, iOS 10 was susceptible to compatibility and security issues and yet no iOS 10 jailbreak surfaced. Has Pangu included that with their rumored crack?
If so, this could be covered by the fact that an iOS 10 jailbreak with more functionalities for it to cover a wider array of devices. That is up for confirmation and probably important if and once does roll out the alleged iOS 10 jailbreak to the public.
