Selena Gomez News & Update: Singer Returns To Instagram With Moving Thanksgiving Post: I've Fought The Fight Of Not Being Enough

Selena Gomez is just driving the world into a new kind of motivation. She has been a charismatic singing sensation for years now and has successfully created a special space in the hearts of her million fans. The starlet singer made a much awaited public appearance this Sunday at the American Music Awards, where during her accepting speech she moved many of us to tears.

Selena Gomez just made her point very clear at the AMAs 2016, as she accepted her award in the Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist category. Her acceptance speech will be remembered for years and years from now. And after this, Gomez returned to Instagram on Thursday, with a heartfelt message she inspired us to the core.

Following a three month break from the social media site, the 24-year-old thanked her fans for their support in a moving Thanksgiving post. "I have a lot to be thankful for this year",  Selena wrote, along with a black and white photo which showed her posing in front of a throng of excited fans. "My year has been the hardest yet most rewarding one yet. I've finally fought the fight of not "being enough. I have only wanted to reflect the love you guys have given me for years and show how important it is to take care of YOU", she explained further. "By grace through faith. Kindness always wins. I love you guys. God bless", she added.

Remember how during the acceptance speech as she continued, her voice became stronger, emotions filling her throat with a lump. "I think it's safe to say that a lot of you know a lot of my life whether I liked it or not and I had to stop. Because I had everything, and I was absolutely broken. And I kept it together and I swore I would never let you down, but I kept it too much together to where I let myself down".

Selena moved almost everybody by quoting that no more she needs a validation and nor she is trying to get it. This is just not an indicative of her remarkable success story but also her brevity to come up openly about the trauma she has faced in the past.

For those who have been through something similar in the past couple of years, Selena has already sent some really positive vibes. She ended her speech by saying, "If you are broken, you don't have to stay broken."
