'Watch Dogs 2' Latest News & Update: Ubisoft Confirms Replay Mission Feature Coming In A Later Patch! More Updates, Gameplay Details Revealed

Following its successful release last November 15, "Watch Dogs 2" is all set for a major patch release soon. This comes after several players voiced out their views about the game's lack of replay mission feature.

Just over a week after its launch, "Watch Dogs 2" players are starting to express their dismay that the game doesn't have a replay mission feature. A Reddit user pointed out that the lack of the said feature is a letdown to the franchise. He added that the game has the potential for some serious replay, especially in missions. It is also noted that this kind of feature is perfect for players who like to experiment their gameplay.

A representative from Ubisoft was quick to assure the fan and the entire "Watch Dogs 2" fandom that a patch to address the said issue is underway, saying, "Hey guys - just to confirm, we will be patching in mission replayability at a later time." Fans of "Watch Dogs 2" welcomed the news positively and anticipated its official release. However, there has been no announcement yet as to when exactly it will come out.

Meanwhile, some fans also compared "Watch Dogs 2" to other games including "GTA V" and "Red Dead Redemption." The said games enable players to revisit and replay certain missions anytime which would fit perfectly to "Watch Dogs 2's" game play.

It can be recalled that the original "Watch Dogs" also don't have the replay feature but was given a patch in 2014 that adds replayability to some level of mission as well as the ability to hack another player. Fans of "Watch Dogs 2" will have to wait a bit more before the replay feature patch arrives. For now, avid players of the game can still enjoy the game until the new update arrives.
