With the successful released of Grace UX to Galaxy Note 7 in 2016, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 had been able to use this beta to give their consumers a better Samsung Galaxy experience.
As Galaxy Note 7 was no longer available due to overheating issues, some of its engaging features had been landed to Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and it was the Grace UX beta. Upon downloading and installing this update, many of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 users were surprised to see that Grace UX beta was running on their Android phone.
Grace UX beta features Smart Manager, Wide Selfie, Blue light Filter and Ultra Power Saving Mode with 600MB sized. Though Galaxy Note 7 and Galaxy Note 5 have now similar features, their only main difference is that the Galaxy Note 5 has a microSD slot for additional memory. But it seems not a big deal for many users despite having a huge memory for photos and videos that can store in both Dropbox and Google drive.
The beta was only available to Galaxy Note 5 users from South Korea but users can expect that it will be rolling out to more users soon. This Android phone was launched in August 2015 with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display and has a resolution of 1440 by 2560 pixels at PPI 518 pixels per inch. 1.5 Ghz octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 4GB of RAM was used to power up the Galaxy Note 5. When it comes to memory, its 32GB have no expanded memory. For the camera specs, it has a 16 megapixel on the rear camera while 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies advantage.
Being the only Note Flagship, it was a quite good update for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 yet it's still using the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. However, Samsung hasn't confirmed their plans to extend the update plans for Galaxy Note 5. However, users can expect that the new Android Nougat will soon be available in the said Galaxy Android phone.
