'Teen Titans GO!' Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: All The Hilarious 'Batman V Superman', 'Man Of Steel' Easter Eggs You Missed

The latest episode of "Teen Titans GO!" didn't pull any stops when it comes to unmistakable references to the DC Cinematic Universe. The animated series poked some fun at "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", "Man of Steel" and even "Watchmen".

DCEU isn't the only thing that "Teen Titans GO!" referenced in the episode. There was also a dark Red Hood joke hidden in Batman's phone, because why not?

'Teen Titans GO!' Easter Egg Pokes Fun At General Zod And His Sore Neck In 'Man Of Steel'

Remember General Zod's anticlimactic death in "Man of Steel"? After a lengthy (and utterly destructive) battle, Zod threatens to use his laser eyes on an unfortunate family. Superman then decides he's had enough of the bloodbath and easily snaps Zod's neck. Well, "Teen Titans GO!" thought someone should at least pay tribute to the Kryptonian (and his neck).

Although the above photo doesn't show it, General Zod's sore neck from "Man of Steel" is not the only Easter egg in this shot. "Teen Titans GO!" also revealed that Batman is in possession of The Comedian's bloodied smiley face pin from "Watchmen". That should make sense, because The Comedian was played by the same guy (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) who portrayed Bruce Wayne's daddy in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice".

'Teen Titans GO!' Suggests 'Batman V Superman' Shouldn't End With 'Dawn Of Justice'

People have made jokes about the whole "Dawn of Justice" thing. This was clearly something "Teen Titans GO!" didn't want to miss out on with its "Batman v Superman" reference ("Bed Time of Justice"?).

Fans also got to see what Batman's phone looks like in the latest episode of "Teen Titans GO!" However, it got a little dark when some spotted a Red Hood icon complete with crowbars.
