Trailer teases an ultimate reveal for Call of Duty: Ghost's multiplayer

What does John Snow know? Nothing. What's this trailer show about Call of Duty: Ghosts' multiplayer? The same thing. Nevertheless, the recently released trailer for the multiplayer reveal is catching all sorts of buzz. As once promised by Infinity Ward's Executive Producer, Mark Rubin via his Twitter, we're that much closer to an official reveal.

The brief video is, in essence, a collection of different latitude and longitudinal coordinates, with different dates for each, likely a plan of sorts as to when the folks at Infinity Ward, Treyarch, and Activision will show different aspects of Ghosts. August 14th, obviously, is the date of the reveal; August 21st is GamesCom, and so on and so forth. It's imagined the following dates and shows will play host to various other Ghosts' reveals:

* September 26 - Gaming Alliance Middle East - Dubai, U.E.A
* September 26 - Eurogamer Expo - London, U.K.
* October 4 - EB Games Expo - Sydney, Australia
* October 5 - Firstlook, Utrecht - Netherlands
* October 23 - Brazil Game Show - São Paulo, Brazil
* October 25 - Games Week - Milan, Italy
* October 30 - Paris Games Week - Paris, France

Shortly thereafter, the game drops for current-gen systems, PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Wii U, with an eventual release to follow for Microsoft's Xbox One and Sony's PlayStation 4.

While DICE has been a little more forthcoming on information for Battlefield 4's multiplayer, both Treyarch and Infinity Ward have been tight lipped with respect to Ghosts, providing only vague details while publisher Activision announced a pre-order bonus multiplayer map dubbed "Free Fall."

"Dynamic map events change the way players approach the game, and Free Fall does a great job illustrating this new mechanic. As the match progresses, the geometry of the world continues to change and players need to adjust on the fly or else. It's a really fun new feature that adds layers of strategy and constantly evolving gameplay options for players," Rubin had stated.

In any event, check back for full details in four days time, August 14th, for the official reveal. Call of Duty: Ghosts is currently scheduled for a release on November 5th. Check out the teaser trailer in full below.
