'Clash Of Clans' Latest News: Update Will Be Delayed, Is Supercell Cracking From Pressure?

It seems that Supercell is cracking under pressure in their battle to beat "Pokemon Go" as one of the leading mobile games in the market. Rumors have started to circulate that the upcoming December patch for "Clash Of Clans," will now be delayed to January 2017. The news does not come as a surprise for fans because "Clash Of Clans" already has a record of delayed releases, like how its September update came out in October.

December is a big update for "Clash Of Clans" and Supercell may already be having difficulties incorporating all the promised changes that they mentioned. Supercell has not confirmed or denied any of the rumors that have been circulating but Niantic on the other hand, has already announced a new update for "Pokemon Go" via their Facebook page.

According to reports, Supercell has to step up if they want "Clash Of Clans" to get the hype back up. If they continue to be silent and unresponsive, fans will eventually move on to more consistently updated games or developers.

Supercell is reportedly releasing a VR feature in their December update. Fans took their release of the 360- degree Hog-Rider video on Youtube as a clue and they have been raving about it. The VR feature definitley has merit and could up their popularity again especially since "Clash Of Clans" can now be played on computers.

Another take on Supercell's silence is they wish to blindside Niantic and "Pokemon Go." Their December update is vital for the release of their new characters and game play improvement since it will reportedly bring about sea battles, pirates, submarines and even mermaids to "Clash Of Clans."

Another feature that has fans waiting on Supercell's updates is the report of a new wizard versus goblin battle. There has been no additional news about this update and it is clear that "Clash Of Clans" is withholding information to keep the excitement up and the competition on its toes.

Whatever tactic Supercell is doing is apparently working though, because searches for more updates and responses by fans have indeed gone up. They have to be cautious because the longer they keep mum about the issue, the more chances they are giving to their competition to overtake "Clash Of Clans."
