Nintendo Switch Latest News & Updates: Hands On Schedule Finally Announced

The upcoming gaming console Nintendo Switch, may be releasing a launch date sooner than expected. According to some sources, the Nintendo Switch will be preparing for a presentation and a Nintendo Switch hands-on event this coming January 2017.

On January 12, Nintendo will be having an event called the Tokyo Webcast at New York. The event will be showcasing a lot about the Nintendo Switch features and other hardware updates. This will be great news to fans since the gaming giant's lips were tightly sealed, ever since they released the announcement last October.

On January 13, a private event will be held by Nintendo where the guests will be able to do a hands-on assessment of the Nintendo Switch. The aim of the event will be to discuss more detailed things that will be brought up during the Webcast on the 12th.

The five-hour event will be broadcasted live for the media and investors while Nintendo will finally break their silence about the Nintendo Switch. The event will have a sreamed presentation that will discuss in detail the specs, hardware and other features of the Nintendo Switch.

Since March 2017, the Nintendo Switch has been quiet about majority of the details of their console. Now, pricing and even the release date will reportedly be announced during the Tokyo Webcast.

Nintendo has not yet specified, where the exact location of the Tokyo Webcast will be in New York. What they announced though is that they will be discussing some details about some of their plans.

In initial reports, the Nintendo Switch is a convertible console. The Switch is definitely unique since it will be the first console that is capable of turning itself into a docked unit, handheld and tablet. Nintendo has not confirmed yet but there is also a possibility that it will have motion controls.
