PlayStation Communities App Latest News & Update: Sony Release Communities App For iOS Users

The Sony company has released a new PlayStation Communities app for iOS. This new iOS app allows players to interact with their fellow PlayStation 4 gamers through their Apple phones and tablets.

This new PlayStation Communities app works much like a portal for the forum. Players using the app can search, join, interact with groups and other player members. They can also post images and messages on the community wall. Chat is also available to members for discussion purposes or to join groups to set up multiplayer games.

The PlayStation Communities app is one of the several apps released for the PlayStation community. In November 2013, Sony has released the first PlayStation App, the official companion app for PlayStation 4 (PS4). After a couple of years later, in December of 2015, it has released another PS4 companion app in the form of PlayStation Messages, a standalone messaging app spun off PlayStation App.

In 2016, Sony has come out with another companion app for the PS4 system for Apple phones and tablet users. It is  called the PlayStation Communities app.

If you have a Sony Entertainment Network account, you can sign in to the PlayStation Network to connect with players with similar interests like yours by joining in the PlayStation Communities app. Through this app, it is easier now for players to connect and share ideas on gaming.

The PlayStation Communities app is also now available for Android users. The android version of this app was released together with the iOS version. This app is obviously like a networking community site, connecting and uniting people with same interest in gaming.

The PlayStation Communities app is now available in the App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android. This was released last Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
