CMT gave an early present to its viewers as it recently dropped the new trailer for "Nashville" Season 5. In fact, the show's fans also have a reason to celebrate as the network will allow everyone to see the first hour of the title's two-hour episode.

The new trailer of "Nashville" Season 5 shows where the previous season left off. Evidently, things will be intense, full of revelations, twists and turns, drama and music, of course.

"Nashville" Season 5 will answer what happen to Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) as the emergency alarm of the private plane can be heard in the background. Also, Rayna (Connie Britton) will be seen telling Deacon (Charles Esten) that she wants to write the story of their lives.

Although they are only newlyweds, it looks the couple will be having marital problems as early as now in "Nashville" Season 5. "This last year has been one of the worst damn years of my life," he said. "I'm not going to fall into this trap with you," she answered while crying.

Aside from Rayna and Deacon, it looks like Scarlett (Clare Bowen) and Gunnar (Sam Palladio) are also having a misunderstanding. As Rayna wants to push the couple to release their next single and promote their team up, it seems that they now can't define their relationship.

Moreover, Maddie (Lennon Stella) will find a new romance in "Nashville" Season 5. In a press release obtained by Entertainment Weekly, Maddie will be officially backed home and will meet a new guy that will interest her.

Rayna is also trying to help Highway 65 that has been struggling financially and when she finds out what happened to Juliette, she will start a "journey of discovery" that will be all about music. Fans will see a preview of the "Nashville" Season 5's first episode on Dec. 15 on CMT while its official release will be on Jan. 5.
