Samsung Galaxy A7 was reportedly seen at the Federal Communications Commission to receive its U.S. certification. The handset was listed as SM-A720F and is said to be the first in the lineup to get an IP rating. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy A7 reportedly comes with an octa-core processor and 16MP front and rear cameras.
Latest reports revealed that the Samsung Galaxy A7 obtained its certification in the U.S. from the FCC. Note that the agency's label may be found at the bottom of the handset. Rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy A7 received an IP68 rating that may mean water-proofing.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 reportedly features 5.7 inches of screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels display. The handset also comes with a 16MP camera at the front and back. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy A7 runs on the Samsung Exynos 7 Octa-core at 1880 MHz, Phone Arena reported.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A7 only comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Alternatively, the Samsung Galaxy A7 may pack 64GB of internal storage. Moreover, the handset also packs 3,600mAh of battery. In addition, the Samsung Galaxy A7 reportedly comes with several features that reportedly includes the Fingerprint Lightweight Thin LTE Rugged NFC Dual SIM. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy A7 also runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
In other news, the Samsung Galaxy A7 reportedly comes with a $367 USD price tag and is rumored to launch in 2017. The handset is also expected to be followed by the Samsung Galaxy S8 in the same year. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy A7 is further rumored to launch as early as January 2017, Gizbot reported.
Samsung Galaxy A7 recently also cleared the Bluetooth certification. Furthermore, benchmark tests of the Samsung Galaxy A7 have also surfaced on Zauba.
