PlayStation Experience 2016 Update: "Knack 2" Fixes Original's Shortcomings
The original "Knack" that was released in 2013 has left fans dissatisfied and uninspired. According to IGN, the original "Knack" looks like a tech demo rather than a full game. The original "Knack" also features only three punches and a kick in saving the world. "Knack 2" fixes these shortcomings.
PlayStation Experience 2016 Update: "Knack 2" New Skills Revealed
"Knack 2" features a few new skills and tricks. Aside from the punches and kick feature in its predecessor, it allows switching between small and large versions of its character. It also allows players to use a shield to block and deflect incoming objects. They can also stun enemies from a distance and pull them closer.
"Knack 2" also features other skills. These include a body slam, dash, jump kick and multi-punch. It also allows players to perform several basic combat moves. "Knack 2" also features a skill tree that allows players to upgrade moves and abilities. Players can also collect Relic Energy that can be used to increase power, range, and other variables.
PlayStation Experience 2016 Update: Advanced Skills With Co-op Multiplayer
When using co-op multiplayer, "Knack 2" skills are amplified. Players can execute a machine gun move when they used multi-punch while facing their partners. They can also land a body slam on their partner and cause them to detonate and hit enemies within a specified area. These co-op multiplayer advanced skills will help players to execute combo attacks to defeat enemies. Fans can expect "Knack 2" to come out in the second half of 2017.
