Anticipation has been high for the upcoming Nintendo Switch gaming console. With its unique design that boasts of a home gaming unit, as well as a handheld device, the device hinted at the portability of many gaming titles.

Some of the games that will be released for the Switch were already previewed in the device's earlier released teaser clip. Recently, THQ Nordic revealed its plans to develop gaming titles for Nintendo's upcoming hybrid console.

In an interview with Nintendo Everything, the gaming company's Business & Product Development Director Reinhard Pollice shared his thoughts about the Nintendo Switch and some of THQ Nordic's well-loved gaming titles. He commented on how the Switch will serve as one of Nintendo's ways to "broaden its audience and not just purely tapping into explored markets."

Pollice also confirmed THQ Nordic's plans to develop two gaming titles for the Switch. However, he did not elaborate on the company's upcoming games for Nintendo's upcoming device.

Moreover, when asked whether a new installment to the "Darksiders" gaming franchise will be added, Pollice refused to give a definite answer. He teased, "Time will tell."
