"Girl Meets World" Season 4 might not feature its stars Sabrina Carpenter and Rowan Blanchard. Since the third season has finished filming in August, there is no telling if the show or its characters will be back for another season.
Rumors have it that Disney has not yet made a decision on whether there will be a "Girl Meets World" Season 4. The series was a sequel to the much-loved "Boy Meets World" and features the adventures of Riley Matthews, daughter of Cory and Topanga Matthews, the stars of the original show.
A tweet of the writers of "Girl Meets World" Season 4 with just the words "goodbye", has speculated that when Disney does decide to renew the series, most of the cast would be replaced. In particular, Riley and her best friend's character Maya Hart would have to be recast. There are reports that the reason for them not being back on "Girl Meets World" Season 4 is that the two actresses are now too old for the roles.
While there is still no precise news on "Girl Meets World" Season 4,the stars of the show have been vigilant in petitioning that the show be renewed. Rowen Blanchard started the petition and now other cast members are voicing their support as well.

The most recent cast member to give his support for "Girl Meets World" season 4 is none other than Riley's younger brother, played by actor August Maturo. The young actor has urged fans in a PSA to save the show by tweeting Disney with the hastags #SaveGMW, #GirlMeetsWorldSeason4. He has also tweeted about his love for the show and claims that they are a family.
